Anisa talks about the rise of mindfulness in the public consciousness since early conversations in the 1960's with Timothy Leary and how it reached new audiences with the availability of brain scans the '90s to now with the multiple studies showing its effectiveness.   With the pandemic and our seemingly always connected lifestyles, this topic could not be more timely.
