School Based Health Survey

Shelton School District is exploring the possibility of placing a healthcare clinic on school grounds.

These clinics, called school-based health centers, operate all over the country and increase student access to healthcare services like routine wellness visits, sports physicals, mental healthcare, sick visits and prescription medication, if needed.

You know your community best, and we need your feedback. Please take 10 minutes to complete the survey and help shape the future of Shelton Schools by December 18, 2020.
