Meal Services Information

**Please be aware that in honor of Memorial Day, meals will not be served on Monday, May 25th, and that extra food will be given out on Friday, May 22nd.**

FREE breakfast and lunch are available for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year to students and community members who are 18 years and younger in a ‘grab and go’ manner while Shelton
schools are closed and distance learning continues.

Meals will be available from 9 AM-Noon, Monday-Friday at:

  • Bordeaux Elementary School
  • Evergreen Elementary School
  • Olympic Middle School
  • Shelton High School

Bus Pick-Up Sites:

  • A school bus will be at the entrance to Fawn Lake (Cole Road) from 11:00 to 11:45 AM, Monday – Friday.
  • A school bus will be parked at Springfield Loop from 11:00-11:15 AM, Monday - Friday.
  • A school bus will be parked at the entrance of Oak Park: 11:20-11:45 AM, Monday - Friday.

Important Information about Meals:

  • Students must be present to receive meals per  Children Nutrition guidelines or have a signed waiver with the parent signature to pick up meals.
  • When picking up meals, please remain in your car. We will bring the meals to you.
  • Meals are limited to one (1) breakfast and one (1) lunch per child, per day. We are working hard to provide as many meals as possible to every child in need.
  • Federal guidelines establish that any student, regardless of age, is eligible to pick up a meal. Any youth not enrolled in school, but under 18, is also eligible to receive a meal. Students and youth will not be asked for their name, identification, enrollment status, Free and Reduced-Price meal designation or school of attendance.
