Welcome Kindergarten class of 2034! 
Enrollment is open!

To enroll, your child must be five years old on or before August 31st.

**New Student Online Enrollment**

Before your student is allowed to come to school they need to be fully vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases, and have medically verified immunization records, a printed Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS), or health care provider signed Certificates of Exemption at school as proof.

  • Enrollment Form
  • Wellness Assessment Health History Form
  • Ethnicity Form
  • Birth certificate
  • Medically verified immunization record
  • Proof of address
  • Optional Forms:
    • Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form for Title VI Indian Education Formula Grant Program - 506 Form
    • McKinney-Vento Housing Transitions Program Form

Enrollment Timeline

  • May 1 - June 24Enrollment packet pick-up/drop-off at your neighborhood school 
  • June 25 - August 22Enrollment packet pick-up/drop-off at the District Office (700 S 1st St.) 
  • August 23 and afterEnrollment packet pick-up/drop-off at your neighborhood school
