Since migrating to virtual meetings, the board has taken time to simplify the public commenting guidelines with the intent to treat virtual meetings as closely to in-person meetings as much as possible. In doing so, also reducing the number of delayed calls and human error in using multiple technology platforms to ensure all who wish to comment, can do so.
