Our goal is to support students in meeting grade level proficiency in the areas of reading, writing, and mathematics. The State & Federal Programs Department offer services and resources to eligible students to eliminate the achievement gap between student subgroups. A citizen complaint is a written statement that alleges a violation of a federal rule, law or regulation or state regulation that applies to a federal program. Anyone can file a citizen complaint.
