CHOICE Summer Orientation

(Date Posted 8/1/2018)

New students who wish to enroll in the CHOICE Middle School (grades 7-8) or CHOICE High School (grades 9-12) this fall need to stop by the CHOICE office (we open on August 6th), pick up an application, and return it to the school no later than August 13th. Each student will then be assigned an orientation date (August 13th  or 14th) which he/she must attend from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Following orientation, the student and his/her guardians will meet with CHOICE staff to be placed in the most appropriate program and to set up a schedule for the start of the year. Any student who misses this summer orientation, but still wishes to attend CHOICE in the fall, can turn in a late application and will be signed up for the next available orientation.

We look forward to meeting each of you. Feel free to contact the CHOICE office at 360-426-7664 if you have any questions.
